Paulina Valencia-Maharaj

With a strong background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a passion for performance, Paulina Valencia- Maharaj originally set out to build a career as a strength and conditioning coach. To pursue that goal, she moved from El Paso to San Antonio, Texas, where she furthered her education at The University of Texas at San Antonio and earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Paulina made the decision to pivot her career path and return home to pursue broader professional opportunities. Inspired by her father’s legacy and driven by a desire to expand beyond the gym and into the business world, she joined ECOM Construction & Development Services as a Project Engineer, where she continues to grow her knowledge in business operations, project coordination, and organizational leadership.

Paulina also earned her Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a concentration in Project Management, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and long-term success in the construction and business industries.
