Montecillo 11- 12 Units

The Montecillo 11–12 Unit Townhome Project is a new 3-story, Type V-A residential (R-2) building consisting of 11–12 townhome units with a total new construction area of approximately 54,465 SF. The project is located at 5150 Suncrest Dr., El Paso, TX 79912 and includes associated site work, utilities, parking, landscape, irrigation, and life-safety systems. Construction includes full architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes in accordance with the 100% Construction Drawings dated February 6, 2026, and applicable City of El Paso codes. The building is fully sprinklered (NFPA 13R) and constructed per approved plans and specifications. Subcontractors are invited to bid their respective scopes including all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and code compliance required to complete the work.
