This project is a new multifamily residential development located on a 5.99-acre site in El Paso, TX. The community will provide 173 for-rent units across 3- and 4-story wood-frame buildings, designed with seven unit types and three building configurations. Surface parking will serve the development, complemented by shared amenities including a clubhouse of up to 7,023 SF and retail shell space totaling up to 24,882 SF. The project also involves coordination with consultants for design and construction, while all outdoor amenities and supporting structures will be developed in collaboration with a landscape architect and structural consultant.
